Refund Policy

We at The Wackies CookHouse Catering & Rental Services realize that circumstances evolve. To protect our resources, our refund terms apply:

* Within 48 hours of your confirmation: Cancellations are permitted and will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
* From 48 hours to 7 days after confirmation: Cancellations are still accepted; however, a 50% non-refundable deposit is retained to cover initial costs.
* Beyond 7 days after confirmation: Bookings become final and non-refundable. This policy accounts for the fact that we have already secured fresh stock, reserved rentals, and assigned our culinary team to your date.

Please submit all refund claims in writing for verification by The Wackies CookHouse Catering & Rental Services.
