1. Reservation Deposit
A booking is only finalized once the stipulated initial payment has been processed.

2. Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your event, 10% of the total deposit remains non-refundable. Any further reimbursement is at the sole discretion of The Wackies Cookhouse Catering & Rental Services, based on preparation expenses already incurred.

3. Equipment Rental Deposit
All hired materials require a refundable damage deposit. This sum will be returned in full provided all items are brought back in the same pristine, sanitized condition as delivered. Any breakages, missing pieces, or unwashed items will result in appropriate deductions from this security fund.

4. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance must be settled by the mutually agreed deadline. Delays in payment may lead to the forfeiture of your date or immediate cessation of services.

5. Accepted Payment Methods
All financial transactions must be completed through the specific channels authorized by The Wackies Cookhouse Catering & Rental Services.

6. Modification of Bookings
Alterations regarding attendance figures, culinary choices, scheduling, or rental needs must be submitted formally in advance. Changes are contingent upon availability and may incur supplemental charges.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Wackies Cookhouse Catering & Rental Services is not accountable for service interruptions or cancellations caused by factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather, traffic accidents, or other force majeure events.
